Discover Morrow House

Morrow House brings together thirty-six residences around a shared garden in one of Singapore’s most established neighbourhoods.

Rather than maximising density, the architecture prioritises daylight, ventilation, privacy, and generous transitions between indoor and outdoor space.

Architecture

Designed from the inside out.

The apartment layouts at Morrow House were drawn before the building had a shape. Each plan was tested for daylight, storage, furniture and the walk from the front door to the kitchen — then the wings were arranged around those results.

That sequence is unusual. Most developments begin with a floorplate that maximises the site, then subdivide it into homes. Here the courtyard exists because the plans needed two aspects; the building is six storeys because the street is low.

Architecture starts with the experience of the home, not the shape of the building.

The result is a plan with almost no internal corridor, deep balconies that shade the glass below them, and timber screens that each resident sets themselves.

Amenities

Seven things, done properly.

Instead of dozens of facilities that nobody uses, the shared spaces at Morrow House are intentionally limited — and sized for thirty-six homes rather than three hundred.

  • Courtyard Garden

    01

A central landscaped garden shared by both wings, planted for shade and scent rather than display.

  • Residents Lounge

    02

A quiet communal room for working, reading or hosting more people than a home can hold.

  • Garden Pavilion

    03

A covered outdoor dining table in the garden, bookable for the evening.

  • Fitness Studio

    04

A small, well-equipped gym with daylight — sized for the building, not for a brochure.

  • Bicycle Room

    05

Secure ground-floor storage with a workbench and a tap.

  • Parcel Room

    06

Refrigerated and ambient smart lockers off the main lobby.

  • EV Charging

    07

Dedicated charging points across the basement car park.
